Strawberry Coconut Mochi Bowl

This recipe is everyone’s favorite! I mean, who wouldn’t love a bowl full of flavor and protein?

    Ingredients

    • 1 scoop Jay Robb Organic Pea Protein
    • 2 cups frozen strawberries
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk (we used thai kitchen canned coconut milk)

    Blend together (on low) using your blender tamper…blend until thick and smooth

    Top with vegan strawberry mochi, coconut shavings,  chia seeds, and banana (:
