- 3 cups frozen coconut milk cubes (coconut milk from the can is best for creaminess)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 5oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 1 heaping T pumpkin purée
- 1/4 t ground pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup Califia Farms pumpkin spice creamer
- 1 cup oat milk
