Pumpkin Cheesecake Frappe

This delicious frappe will make you smile!  In honor of National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day we created the Pumpkin Cheesecake Frappe!  Try this simple and tasty recipe now!


    • 3 cups frozen coconut milk cubes (coconut milk from the can is best for creaminess)
    • 1 small frozen banana
    • 5oz of cream cheese
    • 1/2 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Protein
    • 1/4 t ground cloves
    • 1 heaping T pumpkin purée
    • 1/4 t ground pumpkin spice
    • 1/4 cup Califia Farms pumpkin spice creamer
    • 1 cup oat milk



    Blend until thick and smooth. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and cinnamon
