Pea Protein Iced Coffee

    Ingredients

    • 1 scoop of Jay Robb Vanilla Pea Protein
    • 2 cups coconut milk
    • 4 cups coffee (we used medium roast brewed)

    Directions

    Froth your pea protein and milk together until fully mixed

    Add ice cubes or coconut milk ice cubes to a glass

    Pour your coffee and your vanilla pea protein/coconut milk mixture together to your ratio liking

    Top with vegan matcha mochi ice cream balls (optional, but very fun!)
