- 1/2 Cup of Honey
- 1 Scoop of Jay Robb Chocolate Protein (egg white or whey)
- 3/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (almond butter as an alternative)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Cups of Oats

In a microwave bowl, heat peanut butter and honey together (don’t burn) (mix together after heated)

Heat Peanut Butter/Honey Mixture for 15 seconds, mix, heat for another 15 seconds, mix

In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter/honey mixture with oats, Jay Robb Protein Powder, cinnamon, and salt

Mix all ingredients together – Place in square pan (line pan with parchment paper) – Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours) – Cut into bars (size is optional)
