Jay Robb Peanut Butter Banana Blast Acai Bowl

For all of you Açaí Bowl Lovers, here is our newest recipe for a Jay Robb Protein Açaí Bowl that you can enjoy!

    Acai Mix Base

    • 1/2 Scoop Unflavored Jay Robb Protein (Whey or Egg-White)
    • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
    • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
    • 1 Small Frozen Banana
    • 1 cup Almond Milk (you could use your choice of milk or you can use water)
    • 1 Packet of Açaí Purée
    • Pinch of Cinnamon
    • Blend all of your ingredients up until smooth (add almond milk as you go if it is too thick)

    Toppings

    • Cut up a half of a banana (or whole depends on how much you want)
    • Cut up your strawberries
    • Half of a cup or granola (or oats)
    • Add Peanut Butter (optional, you can also use honey or almond butter)
    • Lay toppings on top of açaí and ENJOY!
