Jay Robb Dark Chocolate Rice Krispie Bars

    Ingredients

    • 1 scoop Jay Robb Chocolate Protein (egg white or whey)
    • 4 cups Rice Krispies
    • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (100% cocoa, natural unsweetened)
    • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips as alternative)

    Prepare

    Melt together peanut butter and honey in a microwave (15 seconds, store 20 seconds, done)

    In a mixing bowl add Rice Krispies, Jay Robb Protein, cocoa powder, and peanut butter mixture, stir together

    Add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan chocolate chips) and stir

    Line pan with parchment paper

    Add mixture into pan and press down

    Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips in a microwave (vegan chocolate chips) (don’t burn)

    Spread evenly on top of Rice Krispie mixture

    Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes
