Jay Robb Dark Chocolate Chip Protein Ice Cream
This ice cream has a dairy-free option!
- Energy402 cal
- 2 cups of almond milk (dairy-free) or 2% milk
- 1/2 Scoop Jay Robb Chocolate Protein (egg white or whey)
- 2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (pure dark chocolate)
- Pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients together

Place in ziplock bag or container and freeze (let freeze overnight)

When frozen break apart into chunks, blend together again in blender

Put back in freezer (in a closeable container) for 45 minutes

It’s ready to scoop (if it is super frozen let it sit out until it softens)
** For the best ice cream texture result, put the ice cream in blender and blend and mash until it has a smooth consistency every time you take it out of the freezer **
