    • 3 Tablespoons warm water (filtered)
    • 1 1/2-2 teaspoons matcha powder
    • Half Scoop Vanilla Jay Robb Protein
    • Ice
    • 1/3 cup cool water
    • 1/3 cup milk of choice (we use lactose free)
    • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
    • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


    Add warm water, matcha powder, and Jay Robb Protein. Use a milk frother to mix it together

    Add ice


    In a separate cup, add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Use milk frother to make a creamy milk texture.

    Pour into matcha mixture and enjoy!
