Ingredients
- 1 scoop Jay Robb Strawberry Protein (egg white or whey)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon pure honey
- 1/2 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teasooon blue spirulina (doesn’t change taste, we used because there are blue pebbles in fruity pebbles)
- 1 1/2 cans or 1 3/4 cups pineapple juice
Toppings
- Crushed frozen raspberries (gives a crunch when drinking the shake)
