Ingredients
- 4 big almond milk ice cubes or coconut milk ice cubes or 7 little coconut ice cubes (fill ice trays with almond or coconut milk from a can, which is creamier - we used Thai Kitchen coconut milk)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (gives a toasty flavor)
- 1 scoop Jay Robb Protein (vanilla)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk (coconut milk will be a stronger flavor - we used oat milk)
