    • 1 scoop vanilla JAY ROBB PROTEIN (or chocolate for a more chocolate flavor)
    • 1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 1/2-2 cups milk of choice (we used lactose free 2% milk)
    • 1 frozen banana
    • Top with a Tablespoon marshmallow fluff or with melted marshmallow brand of choice
