- 1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2-2 cups milk of choice (we used lactose free 2% milk)
- 1 frozen banana
- Top with a Tablespoon marshmallow fluff or with melted marshmallow brand of choice
