Cherry Lemonade Protein Shake

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups frozen lemons (peeled) (or 2 big frozen lemons)
    • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
    • 1 cup pure lemonade
    • 1 scoop @jayrobbprotein (we used vanilla☺️)
    • 1 teaspoon pure honey

    Optional

    • Put chia seeds in bottom of glass
    • Drizzle honey on edges of the inside of the cup
    • Pour shake
    • Add slice of lemon to top

    Blend ingredients until smooth and add toppings. Enjoy!
