- 1 scoop Jay Robb Protein (we used vanilla) (egg white or whey)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup birthday/rainbow sprinkles (half of the 1/4 in a blender, another half as a topping)
