“I don’t believe in diseases. Pains, ailments, and diseases are just symptoms of toxic acid overload from not eating a fruit-based diet.” — Jay Robb, “The Diet Guru®”
I have discovered through research and personal trial and error, which foods we humans should be eating in abundance. Contrary to popular belief, fruit is the perfect food for humans—and is the staff of life—not bread. And as for eating meat, I have never met a single human who pounces on an animal and bites into it as all carnivores do. We are gatherers, not hunters, by nature and by design—with fruit being the “apple of your eye.”
I don’t care what humans ate millions of years ago in the Paleo era. I don’t care what humans ate 50,000 years ago, 10,000 years ago or even 100 years ago. I live in the present moment, not the past. I don’t care what humans have done to survive. I am interested in what humans should eat to thrive. I am interested in teaching the proper food for humans based on our instincts and physical makeup in the present moment, not on speculation of the past.
We, humans, are tropical beings designed to thrive on a diet primarily of fresh fruit, which grows in abundance in tropical regions of the world. Just because some humans have ventured out into colder regions of the globe and eat grains and animal flesh to SURVIVE does not mean this is what we are designed to eat, nor is it what naturally appeals to us. It just means we are cunning enough to survive, even in harsh climates and harsh conditions. But eating meat, eating grains, cooking our foods, and eating a wide variety of junk food is far from the ideal diet we are designed to eat. And as a result, the vast majority of humans on this planet are suffering from a wide array of health problems, especially here in America where we indulge in decadent foods on a daily basis.
It is sad but Americans eat less than one serving of fruit per day. In my personal and professional experience, every American adult should be eating 12-20 servings of fresh fruit every day to be in top physical condition.
All I am saying is…give fruit a chance.
And because we Americans do not eat much fruit, and instead eat a diet rich in acid-forming foods, such as meat, poultry, fish, seafood, and cheese, we suffer with chronic aches, pains, lower-back stiffness, constipation, skin rashes, acne, inflammation, anxiety, depression, fatigue, cancer, skin cancer, heart and circulatory problems, and diabetes type 2.
In my blog, I will answer your questions and discuss why your body may be overloaded with toxic acid waste that is burning your insides and also burning your skin. Acids burn and cause inflammation (fruit is alkaline and cooling). This internal acidosis problem, which is the real cause of inflammation, is validated when we look at the sales for analgesics (pain killers, such as ibuprofen and aspirin). Sales for over-the-counter pain medications were well over $4 BILLION in 2016, up by over $300 million from 2013. My friend, Americans are being acid burned internally and I am here to help end this unnecessary suffering.
While I don’t focus on weight loss in my blog, losing weight is automatic when you “cool the burn” by following a fruit-based diet. It’s really that simple. Thank you for reading my introduction blog. I am glad to have you aboard. My blog will change your life. I promise.
