My name is Michelle Price and I am an
active 40 year old wife, step mom and career woman.
I have a wonderful and full life which demands a
balancing act on a daily basis in order to give my
family the best of me by taking care of myself with
proper nutrition and exercise as well as nurturing
my emotional well being. Fortunately my career as a
therapeutic riding instructor working with
individuals with physical and mental disabilities by
using horses not only enables me to work outdoors
which requires a lot of walking and physical

find myself compromising a healthy diet and more
often getting something on the go which I hate to
admit is usually "junk food". Due to my recent
choices in high carb foods I've been experiencing a
