  Debbie Lost 80 lbs by following Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet
My Journey began about a year ago. I had been dieting and walking, with very slow progression. It had been 8 weeks since I had ingested any form of sugar into my body. Then I lost my dad to gallbladder cancer; I walked into my mom's house and grabbed a donut.

I went into an emotional tailspin and eating was the only way I knew how to cope. Thirty-five pounds later I realized I was following my father's footsteps. When I decided to get life insurance and my cost came back triple what they quoted me, I knew I needed to do something. I weighed 263 pounds with 48.7% body fat on a 5'4" frame. I did not take the insurance then but I promised the agent I would be back to see him in a year.

To date I have lost 80 pounds and I have gone from a size 20 to a 10. Throughout my journey I have discovered what a tremendous addiction to food I had, plus I realized how emotionally attached to food I had become. I was using food as a barrier to the world, creating layers of protection. All my life I wanted to be thin, but I was doing everything in my power not to be. I now have a higher confidence level and a new relationship with food. I ride my bike daily and lift weights 2-3 times per week. I recently starting attending kick-boxing classes.

Prior to being introduced to Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet plan, I ate a diet that consisted of sugar, simple carbohydrates, fatty proteins, and a small amount of fruit and vegetables. I ate to feel happier and my preferred "pick me up" choices consisted of candy bars and other forms of sugary snacks. If I was stressed out I usually made those same "wise choices."

I've learned to tap into my inner peace and I now relax myself through meditation and walking. I realized it was time to get off the roller coaster and live a normal life. Once I was able to eliminate the sugar and toxins from my body, I began to enjoy my food. I have been able to achieve this by following the Fat Burning Diet plan, low-carb/high-carb, depleting my glycogen levels and then restoring them. My favorite Jay Robb products consist of the Egg White Protein Powder, Fat Burners, Stevia and Chromium Picolinate along with many others. Food has become my fuel, which lights my fire. I eat to live rather than living to eat. My skin is healthier, my hair is shiny and I constantly walk around in this blissful state. People ask me why I am so happy and I respond that "Life is great and it should be treasure." I believe that you must treasure every moment on this earth and you must enjoy it to its full potential.
