I feel so fortunate to have found your product line
and CLEANED my system of all the toxic products I used
to consume in large quantities!!! Products like
aspartame and sucralose to name a few. A wonderful
man, Todd Ganci, became my nutritionist when I hit
rock bottom after finishing some spring time
bodybuilding shows (my first ever this past April
and May.)
Because I ate all the aspartame and
sucralose products I think my body held on to a lot
of fat, despite every attempt I made to be lean.
I thought in many ways I felt a
measure of success last Spring. |

I found myself totally out of control with intense
insatiable sugar and carb cravings that
wreaked havoc on my body—as you can see from my
BEFORE shot (s).
Your whey and egg proteins were life saving, both
physically and mentally. They taste good, and fuel
my body—plain and simple. They are versatile and can
be used in many ways. I plan to use exclusively
Jay Robb brand products, and have turned on many people to your product line.
Which also meant dumping a lot of half-used protein
mixes too...
As a teacher, who instructs at a personal training
program for adults, I have the pleasure and
satisfaction of teaching nutrition. I have warned
about artificial foods and sweeteners and have
since steered others to Jayrobb.com I feel like I am your
messenger in many ways.
My workouts have consisted of cardio 4-6 times per
week and weight training 4-5 times per week
also...And of course a very balance diet. I did
compete in a show on October 22nd, which was a great way to
reach my goal. I will be 100% devoted to Jay Robb
products. They work, my pictures are proof.
This is about lifestyle, not once in awhile...but
eating to feel good. The changes I have made in my
body do not compare to the changes in my head.
The way I treat myself, and certainly others has
also undergone a transformation. I am very lucky to
have had this opportunity to improve my life, and I
owe you Jay, for taking the time to help people,
like myself, who need a "life-line" so to speak.
You strike me as a very spiritual person, so I know
that you understand what I mean when I say that
nothing is better, tastier, or more pleasurable,
than peace of mind.
