Ingredients
(Choose Organic when possible)
1 quart non-fat plain yogurt
1 tbs. flax seed oil
1 small white onion (chopped)
3 cloves fresh garlic (peeled and chopped)
12 drops liquid stevia (smooths and sweetens the tartness of yogurt)
1 tsp. No Salt (salt substitute)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (washed, stems removed)
small piece of fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Note
This is a great dip with raw veggies, rice cracker chips, baked corn chips or baked potato chips. You can even make chips from slices of cucumbers.
