Ingredients
(Choose organic foods when possible)
1 green onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic
16 oz. low fat sour cream
2 tbs. fresh chives (chopped)
15 drops liquid stevia
black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Peel the garlic, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 12-18 minutes until the cloves are soft. Remove from oven and let cool, then chop fine. In a bowl add the low fat sour cream, chives, green onion, stevia and black pepper, then stir with a spoon until well mixed.
Note
Serve with sliced vegetables, or oven-baked chips and enjoy the game "guilt-free".
