Ingredients
2 whole eggs (whipped in a bowl)
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbs. pizza sauce
1 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 oz. ground sirloin (cooked and browned in a pan)
1/8 white onion (diced)
3 black olives (sliced thin)

Directions
Cook the ground sirloin with the onion, turn off the heat and set aside. In a skillet heated to medium, pour in the olive oil and wipe evenly over the pan with a paper towel. Pour in the whipped eggs and tilt the pan until the eggs cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until the eggs are firm (about 1-2 minutes) then slide the cooked eggs onto a plate, cover with pizza sauce, ground sirloin and top with mozzarella cheese and black olives. If you prefer melted cheese, slip the Pizza Omelet Supreme into the microwave for 10-30 seconds.
