(Serves 2) Calories: 359 Protein: 40 grams Carbohydrate: 37 grams Fat: 5 grams Ingredients (Choose Organic when possible) 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 oz. Jay Robb's Strawberry Whey Protein 1 tbs. sour cream ½ cup crispy rice cereal (low or unsweetened) 4 ripe strawberries (washed, peeled and sliced) 1 whole strawberry (washed, stem removed) 8-10 drops liquid stevia Directions In a bowl mix the stevia, sour cream and whey protein together until creamy smooth. In a decorative bowl, place a small amount of rice cereal, then top with the yogurt mixture. Top the yogurt with the remainder of the rice cereal around the outside edge of the bowl, then place the whole strawberry in the middle to top off the dessert. In a circle around the strawberry, place the strawberry slices in sideways to form a decorative circle around the center. Now enjoy this guilt free, outrageously delicious dessert that can also be considered a meal because it is so nutritious.
