Ingredients
3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk
1 slice 100% sprouted flourless no-salt bread
2 tsp. almond butter (or any nut butter except peanut butter)
1 oz. Jay Robb's Whey Protein (flavor of choice) mixed into 6 oz. water

Directions
In a lightly oiled, non-stick skillet, cook the egg whites and yolk
sunny side up. Toast the bread lightly and spread the toasted bread
evenly with almond butter. In a blender buzz the water and protein
together and pour into a small glass.
