This is a simple, fast and easy recipe that will quench your thirst and keep your body in the fat burning mode.
Note
Traditional lemonade is loaded with sugar, corn syrup, fructose and other carbohydrate based sweeteners
that can stimulate an insulin release which blocks your body from burning fat. (When insulin is released from your pancreas following the
intake of a high carbohydrate food, all fat burning immediately comes to a halt.) Sugar-free lemonades (especially when they are commercially
produced) can also be a problem because they are usually laced with aspartame and other artificial sweeteners, that are potentially harmful
