Ingredients
(May be purchased at your local health food store)
5 egg whites
1 egg yolk
2 strips of turkey bacon (cooked)
1 slice 100% Flourless Sprouted Bread (toasted)
2 tsp. Almond Butter (or any nut butter except peanut butter - Your body needs variety and because some have allergies to peanuts)

Directions
In a lightly oiled, non-stick skillet heated to low-medium, place the 5 egg whites and one yolk and cover the pan. Cook sunny side up until the whites are solid and the yolk is lightly cooked but soft or runny. In another non-stick skillet, cook the turkey bacon according to package
directions, then place on a paper towel and pat the excess oil from the strips. Toast the bread and cover lightly with the nut butter, then arrange all of the above on a plate and enjoy a healthy, fat burning alternative to one of America's favorite breakfasts. This meal is not
only delicious but will keep you well nourished, satisfied and lean for life.
