Ingredients
(Choose organic foods when possible)
16 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
3 oz. (3 scoops) Jay Robb's Whey Protein (chocolate)
8 oz. lowfat sour cream
1 tbs. raw or roasted carob powder
5 raw macadamia nuts (chopped)
½ tsp. vanilla extract
8 drops liquid stevia

Topping (Optional)
2 tbs. sour cream (stirred with 10 drops liquid stevia) 

Directions
All of the above ingredients should be available at your local health food store. Place the yogurt, whey protein, sour cream and carob powder in a bowl and slowly stir together until well mixed. Pour into 6 dessert glasses and chill for 2 hours. Mix the stevia with the remaining ounce of sour cream. Remove the chilled mousse from the refrigerator and top each with a dollop of the stevia enhanced sour cream and the chopped macadamia nuts.

This is a very rich tasting dessert that is high in protein yet low in calories and carbohydrate to help keep your body burning fat. This dessert is so balanced and nutritious that it could also be used as a meal or snack.
