Per Serving Protein: 28 grams Fat: 1 gram Carbohydrate: 26 grams Calories: 220 Ingredients (Choose Organic when possible) 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt 1 tbs. whey protein (vanilla) 1 tbs. whey protein (strawberry) 2 ripe strawberries (washed and chopped fine) 2 ripe strawberries (washed, stems removed) 1 tsp. Agave 8 drops liquid stevia 2 wine glasses, or similar long stem glasses Directions In one bowl mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1 tbs. whey protein (vanilla), and 4 drops of liquid stevia. Mix until creamy smooth and then set aside. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of yogurt with 1 tbs. whey protein (strawberry), 2 chopped strawberries, and 4 drops liquid stevia. Mix until creamy smooth and the yogurt turns pink with red speckles from the strawberry pieces. In a wine glass carefully spoon in1/2 inch of the vanilla pudding, then a 1/2 inch of strawberry, then 1/2 inch of vanilla, then 1/2 inch of strawberry. Top with one ripe strawberry. Repeat for the other glass. By layering the two flavors of yogurt you produce a pink and white effect inside the glass, accented with the ripe red strawberry on top.
