Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
½ cup low fat sour cream
1 oz. (1 scoop) Jay Robb's Whey Protein (vanilla)
1 tbs. raw almonds (chopped fine)
2 tbs. fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries 

Directions
In a bowl mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and Jay Robb's Whey Protein. Place this mixture in a long stemmed dessert glass, then top with the chopped almonds, blueberries and a dollop of sour cream.

This is an easy-to-make low-carbohydrate "guilt-free" dessert that will not impact blood sugar levels in a negative way. The high protein content of this recipe actually allows it to be classed as a small meal, yet it tastes like a luxuriously satisfying dessert.
