2 cups water or nonfat milk
1 scoop Jay Robb Whey or Egg Protein (Vanilla)
2 scoops YAMMIT! Energy Powder (or Nuggets)
2 tbs raw almond butter
2 tbs psyllium seed husks (optional)
2 tbs Jay Robb’s Sweet Dairy Whey (optional)
4 ice cubes

Directions
Blend Until Creamy Smooth
