Sea salt Filling: 8 apples (cored, peeled and cut into one inch cubes) 1 tsp. Cinnamon powdered 1 tbs. arrowroot powder 1 tbs. real butter or coconut oil 2 oz. Pure water Directions Place almonds in a food processor or blender and process into a meal. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Press this mixture into a well-buttered pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Set aside to cool. Place the apples, cinnamon, arrowroot powder, water and butter in a skillet and cook until the apples are browned and soft. Set aside to cool, then pour the apple mixture into the cooled pie crust. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon powder, and a few chopped almonds and serve. Note This is an awesome, wheat free, flourless dessert that is rich and satisfying.
