Dinner: Fat Burning Super Salad

Ingredients

4 cups mixed salad greens of choice

1 green onion (washed and chopped)

¼ cup shredded cabbage

2 radishes (washed and sliced thin)

10 large cherry tomatoes

3 tbs of fresh cilantro leaves

1 small tangerine (peeled, sectioned, and sliced)

3-6 oz grilled boneless, skinless chicken (sliced)

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (for topping the salad)

Slice of lemon (optional to squeeze over the salad)

Dessert: 5-7 sliced strawberries

Directions

On a large plate arrange in an attractive manner your salad ingredients.  Enjoy with a slice of lemon juiced over the salad and finish it off with a dessert of 5-7 sliced strawberries.
