Ingredients
6 Navel or Valencia oranges (Organic is Best)
¼ of a large Mexican papaya
Directions
Juice the oranges and pour into a blender, including the pulp but
removing the seeds. Cut a large Mexican papaya in half and remove the
seeds with a spoon. Then slice away the skin and cut the inner flesh
into 1-inch cubes. Add approximately ¼ of the whole papaya to the
blender and blend on high until creamy smooth. If the oranges are tart,
you may add a small amount of the herb stevia to make it taste sweeter.
(Stevia is an herb, not a sweetener, but it does make tart and sour
foods taste sweeter when they are blended together.)
