Ingredients
8 oz pure water
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 scoop Jay Robb’s Whey Protein
(vanilla)
1 scoop Jay Robb’s Sweet Dairy Whey
1 tbs psyllium seed husks
1 scoop Jay Robb’s Granulated Stevia
Powder
1 cup fresh pineapple cubes
3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in your blender.
Blend until creamy smooth and enjoy!
