Updating your Account Information is Easy!


  • To update your personal information or reset your password go to the sign in link at the top of any page.  Sign in and then click on the My Account link next to the sign in link to access your account information.  If you forgot your log in information, it can be emailed to you.  On the sign in page there is a link to assist you. Just follow the instructions and your password will be emailed to you.
  • In the My Account section of you can view and edit your contacit information, billing and shipping information, change your password, download any eBooks you purchased within 30 days, track a package, and review previous orders.

Free Ground Shipping

 Shipping Schedule and Free Ground Shipments

  • We offer free ground shipping inside the continental U.S.A. on all orders over $25.00 (before tax and freight)
  • We process and ship all orders Monday - Friday (except during holidays)
  • Orders received Mon-Friday before 5 p.m., Eastern time, will ship within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders received on Friday before 5 p.m., Eastern time, will ship on Monday or Tuesday
  • UPS will not deliver to an APO / FPO or PO Box address

Processing Time for Air Shipments: Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Air

  • Air Shipments received Monday - Friday before 5 p.m., Eastern Time, will ship the next business day, depending on product availability.
  • We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or offer Saturday delivery.

Regular Shipping Rates that Apply

  • We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for UPS ground orders $25 and under (before tax and freight) that are shipping inside the continental USA.
  • Air Shipments will be charged UPS rates. (See above for processing time)
  • Hawaii and Alaska destinations ship regular UPS ground rates or 2nd day rates if you choose this option

Shipping To A Business Address

Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please enter a "Business Name" in the business name field when placing an order shipping to a commercially zoned business address.


UPS Tracking Numbers

  • When your order ships, a UPS Quantum View tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Be sure to check your email spam folder in case it ends up there.
  • If you did not receive an order number at the time of check out, you might not have finished and confirmed the order.
  • IIf you do not receive an email order confirmation within 10 minutes of your order, email or call us to confirm your order.  It's possible you may have simply mistyped your email address or you might not have completed the order process.

Return Policy


  • Before you send back your product you must call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of receipt of your product. Call Toll Free 877.529.7622 option 1
  • Let us know if there was a problem with your order, if it arrived damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. 
  • With Returns, once we receive the product back, your credit card will be refunded within a few days.
  • Your cooperation will make sure the processing of your refund is handled as quickly as possible. 
  • You must return your product with a copy of your original invoice.
  • All unopened returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied.

  • If you are returning a product and shipping it back to us, insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return.
  • Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling if you were charged shipping and handling on your order.
  • We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on your return or in some cases store credit.
  • Some orders are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these orders, our actual outbound shipping costs can be deducted from your return refund.
  • If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you.
  • Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you supplied an incorrect shipping address and need to re-direct the shipment to a corrected address a $10 redirect fee may be charged.

  • Damaged products or wrong products sent will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 30 days from the day you receive your order. We prefer to assist you right away.

Back Ordered Items
If we are out of stock on a particular item we will ship the in stock items first and ship the out of stock items to you when they arrive in our warehouse at no additional shipping charge to you.  You won't be charged for a product that is out of stock until it ships to you.

Wrong Address Charge
If your order is missing a STE #, apt. # or has an incorrect address, UPS charges a $5.00 fee. We will pass that $5.00 fee on to you so PLEASE verify your shipping address before placing your order and remember suite numbers if any to avoid a $5 wrong address charge.

  • If paying by check or money order, please call us and we will confirm your order total, tax and shipping & handling if applicable.
  • You will need to mail us your check or money order. We do not process electronic checks at this time.

UPS Tracking

Your tracking number is e-mailed to you when you products have shipped. If you didn't receive the email and it is not in your spam folder you can can log into your account and choose Tracking from the My Account drop down menu.   If you have your tracking number already you can type or copy and paste your tracking number(s) below and choose to track package(s). You can enter and track more than one tracking number at a time.
