Recipe compliments of Beth Robb, wife of Jay Robb and consultant for Jay Robb Enterprises. Beth is constantly looking for recipes without added sugar and artificial ingredients for her family to enjoy. After finding a recipe on the back of the Pamela's Baking Mix package, she decided to change it up a bit and add Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein instead of sugar. The outcome was a delicious alternative to the sugary, fatty muffins you find at the market.
