Directions:
Pour 1 packet unflavored gelatin into 1 cup boiling water, and stir until dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Blend cream cheese, dissolved gelatin, stevia, and Jay Robb Piña Colada Whey Protein until creamy smooth. Pour blended ingredients into lightly buttered 9" baking dish. Cover with clear plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.
Option: Can serve with 1 tablespoon Real Whipped Cream and chopped raw, unsalted walnuts.
