Healthy Recipe: Blueberry Power Pancakes


 Jay Robb Blueberry Protein Power Pancake Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup Pamela's Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Pour into skillet preheated to medium heat. Lightly brown both sides and serve. Top with blueberries and/or organic maple syrup.
