The JayClub Auto-Ship Program is designed to offer you an additional savings of 20% as you conveniently receive your products delivered right to your door each month. You no longer have to worry about remembering to reorder before your monthly supply runs out!

Simply select the date you want to have your product shipped and you will automatically receive your products. Participation in the JayClub Autoship Program is optional and may be canceled after the first 3 months of membership.

 

Terms & Conditions

Enrollment fee is waived for new JayClub Auto-Ship customers only. Customers who have previously signed up and cancelled their JayClub Auto-Ship will be subject to a re-enrollment fee of $39.95, if they wish to rejoin. The Jay Club Auto-Ship Program is a 90-day minimum service. If and when you should choose to cancel your JayClub Auto-Ship Program, this can only be done by requesting your cancellation after your third Auto-shipment using our contact form. Your Auto-Ship program is considered cancelled once you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us. To cancel you must notify us at least 3 business days prior to your next order date to avoid shipment.  JayClub Auto-Ship customers will receive a 20% discount off regular priced products sent out in their monthly Auto-Ship orders, they will also receive free shipping within the Continental U.S. on JayClub Auto-Ship orders. The discount only applies to monthly auto-ship orders. This discount cannot be combined with any prior or current discount or offer. All JayClub Auto-Ship orders must have a total minimum dollar amount of $40 per JayClub Auto-Ship order before the 20% discount is applied and before any applicable taxes. Each JayClub Auto-Ship customer can select the date in which they would like their order shipped; at this time, the customer will not be able to change or delay their JayClub Auto-Ship date. Customers have 48 hours before their chosen ship date to change their JayClub Auto-Ship products or flavors; this must be done in their Auto-Ship profile area online.  If your ship date falls on a weekend or holiday; your order will be shipped the next business day. Products shipped with the JayClub Auto-Ship Program can only be exchanged directly with Jay Robb Enterprises Inc. and are subject to our return policy.  RETURN POLICY:  If you wish to make an exchange, contact customer service using our contact form or call toll free 1-877-JAY-ROBB (1-877-529-7622) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 30 days of receipt of your products.   Products shipped back to us without an RMA number are subject to refusal. The JayClub Auto-Ship program is available to residents in the Continental US only and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO addresses. The JayClub Auto- Ship Program is only available to retail customers.
