Free Ground Shipping

  • We offer *free ground shipping inside the continental U.S.A. on all orders over $25.00 (this does not include eBooks as they do not ship.)
  • We process and ship all orders Monday - Friday. 
  • Ground UPS orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon PST will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
     

Regular Shipping Rates that Apply

  • International orders ship at regular UPS rates.
  • Hawaii and Alaska destinations ship regular UPS ground or 2nd day rates or you may call for US Priority mail rates for Alaskan and Hawaiian destinations.
  • APO / FPO military addresses must be shipped US Priority mail only. Please see APO / FPO order info below

Faster Shipping using Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Air

  • Expedited orders such as Next Day, 2nd day and 3rd day placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), will ship out the same business day.
  • You will be charged exact UPS  rates on Air Shipments.
  • Orders placed after 11:00am PST will ship the next business day.
  • We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or offer Saturday delivery.
     

Hawaii & Alaska

  • If you order on our website we currently offer UPS Ground rates and UPS 2nd day rates for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Free ground shipping does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska destinations due to the cost for these services.

Shipping To A Business Address
Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please check the "Business Address" check box when you type in your shipping address.

UPS Tracking Numbers
 

  • When your order ships, a UPS Quantum View tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Be sure to check your email spam folder in case it ends up there.
  • If you did not receive an order number at the time of check out, you might not have finished and confirmed the order.
  • If you do not receive an email order confirmation within 10 minutes of your order, email or call us to confirm your order.  It's possible you may have simply mistyped your email address or you might not have completed the order process.

Return Policy

  • Before you send back your product you must call us for an RMA # within 30 days of receipt of your product. Call Toll Free 877.529.7622 option 1
  • Let us know if there was a problem with your order, if it arrived damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. 
  • With Returns, once we receive the product back, your credit card will be refunded within a few days.
  • Your cooperation will make sure the processing of your refund is handled as quickly as possible. 
  • You must return your product with a copy of your original invoice.
  • All unopened returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Once you acquire an RMA number, write your RMA # on the outside of the box and return address label.  Return the product using your preferred shipping method to:

  • If you are returning a product and shipping it back to us, insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return.
  • Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on your return or in some cases store credit.
  • Some orders are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these orders, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you.
  • Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you have not received your order within a reasonable 10 business day time period, a product is missing, or your order arrives damaged, call us right away Toll Free at 877.529.7622 option 1 to speak to a customer service representative. We can replace the items in your order.
  • Damaged products or wrong products sent will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 30 days from the day you receive your order. We prefer to assist you right away.
  • You may also contact us to exchange your product if you simply prefer something different.

Back Ordered Items
If we are out of stock on a particular item we will ship the in stock items first and ship the out of stock items to you when they arrive in our warehouse at no additional shipping charge to you.  You won't be charged for a product that is out of stock until it ships to you.

Wrong Address Charge
If your order is missing a STE #, apt. # or has an incorrect address, UPS charges a $5.00 fee. We will pass that $5.00 fee on to you so PLEASE verify your shipping address before placing your order and remember suite numbers if any to avoid a $5 wrong address charge.
