YAMMIT! is a vegetable-source, complex carbohydrate
from dried sweet potatoes. A diet rich in complex
carbohydrates can allow you to avoid the typical sugar
highs and lows that simple and refined carbohydrates
can cause. Jay Robb designed this product to assist in
the glycogen-loading phase of the Fat Burning Diet and
glycogen loading for post-workouts.
Suggested Use
Take one or more scoops daily to supplement the diet
with additional carbohydrate. May be eaten as is or
mixed in a blender for drinks and smoothies.
For Training
20-30 minutes before a workout or training session,
mix 2 scoops YAMMIT! in water and blend or stir until
well dissolved, then drink. Two scoops of YAMMIT! will
sustain a medium sized athlete for approximately a 1
to 2 hour workout. For longer events or training time,
simply drink 1-2 more scoops of YAMMIT! and GO!
Take The YAMMIT! Challenge
Workout as you normally would and note your energy
levels. Then, 20-30 minutes before your next workout,
drink 1-2 scoops of YAMMIT! mixed in water and note
the energy you have during that workout. I think you
will be amazed!
