High-Energy Cereal (Made From Dried Sweet Potatoes)
YAMMIT! is a vegetable-source, complex carbohydrate
from dried sweet potatoes. A diet rich in complex
carbohydrates can allow you to avoid the typical sugar
highs and lows that simple and refined carbohydrates
can cause. Jay Robb designed this product to assist in
the glycogen-loading phase of the Fat Burning Diet and
glycogen loading for post-workouts.

Jay Robb's famous YAMMIT! Ice Cream
8 oz. pure water
2 scoops YAMMIT!
1 tbs. organic almond butter or organic peanut butter
10 drops liquid Stevia (optional)
1 cup ice cubes (adjust to your own taste for
thickness)
Mix in a blender until creamy smooth. Enjoy!
Suggested Use
Take one or more scoops daily to supplement the diet
with additional carbohydrate. May be eaten as is or
mixed in a blender for drinks and smoothies.
For Training: 20-30 minutes before a workout or
training session, mix 2 scoops Yam Power in water and
blend or stir until well dissolved, then drink. Two
scoops of Yam power will sustain a medium sized
athlete for approximately a 1 to 2 hour workout. For
longer events or training time, simply drink 1-2 more
scoops of Yam Power and GO!

Workout as you normally would and note your energy
levels. Then, 20-30 minutes before your next workout,
drink 1-2 scoops of YAMMIT! mixed in water and note
the energy you have during that workout. I think you

Pre-Workout Drink
(Mix in a blender)
1 - scoop………… ˝ to 1-hour workout (mix with 6 oz. pure
water)
2 - scoops……….. 1-2 hour workout (mix with 12 oz. pure
water)
(You may also include ˝ scoop of Jay Robb's Whey or
Egg White protein with this drink if you wish.)
Post-Workout Recovery Drink
In a blender place 12 ounces of water, 1 scoop of
YAMMIT! and 1 scoop of Jay Robb's Whey Protein or Egg
White Protein. Blend and drink within 30-minutes after
a hard workout or training session.
