Quick Cheese Omelet Recipe
3 oz pure water
1 scoop of Jay Robb's Unflavored Egg White Protein
Buzz for 10 seconds in the blender
Pour mixture into a medium heated, lightly oiled
non-stick cooking pan, cover and cook until solid.
Slide the cooked omelet onto a plate and cover with 1
oz mozzarella cheese and if you like add slices of
avocado.
Fold over the omelet and enjoy. You can also fill the
omelet with green onions and steamed veggies for a
special treat.
