Jay Robb
has been the TV Host for “The Fat Burning Chef”,
which aired on KUSI Channel 9 in San Diego for many
years. He is the author of four popular health and fitness books including his top seller, The Fat Burning Diet, which was created in 1991 and started the
low-carb, high protein diet revolution that has taken the country by storm. His
latest book the Fruit Flush 3 Day Detox has been
seen in such national magazines as Oprah's O Magazine August 2006, First For Women
magazine and Women's World.

Jay also has served as a consultant to Kent Johnston, the former Strength Coach for the Green Bay Packers and has helped tens of thousands of individuals over the past two decades lose weight and gain energy like never before. Jay holds a lifetime Honorary Personal Training Certification with the National Gym Association for helping create their Personal Training Certification Program.
Jay Robb lives in the San Diego area, is happily married and has a
wonderful teenage son.
